Q: I can’t log in to my account, my password is not working.

A: If this is your fist time logging into your VERSO account, the default password is “userpass.”  If you have forgotten the password you created­­­ please call the library to have your password reset.

 

Q: I can only see part of the screen.

A: Some users will have to zoom out in their browser to see the entire box that pops up.  (To zoom out press CTRL and – in most browsers or go to your browser menu)

 

Other:

-If you are using Internet Explorer and having trouble seeing the website properly please try FireFox or Google Chrome for better results.

-While VERSO can be used on a tablet or mobile device, for best results please use a computer.
